So I am due for my timing belt change on my 1.8t.  I feel that I could tackle this job by myself but would much rather have someone who has done it before help me out.  I was told to ask Kyle Greer but don't know if he is on here or if any of you know him.

i have a timing light and hands. never done a timing belt on 1.8t but have done it on 8v's and 16v's

dinald dick may be a guy to talk to on here. I'm not sure if he did his own on his 1.8, but he knows the motor inside and out, I believe. I had my timing belt done on my 2.7t at a local shop. It saved me quite a headache by not dealing with a cam-lock bar and completely fucking my motor by me missing a step. Goodluck
