I've heard great things about the riding in Brown County, but I don't like the idea of riding with a huge group of people like that.  There is something about having to worry about a pack of 25 people passing you(or being behind a pack of 20 people) that kind of takes the fun out of it for me.  I would be down for a trip up there some other weekend when it's not an organized event though.

I agree. There is a "possible" ride "in the works" (in my head) for a next spring Bloomington/Brown County ride..."possibly".   

Plus, this picture scares me and just makes me realize I would easily be laughed out of the woods for having to hoof it up some hills.

I've been there 5 times. There's also Nashville retreat which is fun, you can rent the cabin and hold 10 people. worth every penny. like $20 a person.

There are a ton of trails there. When we went there was a group of people riding. They broke up in 3's and rode separate and had walkies. worked well for them and didn't really run into traffic at all. Great ride for sure.

I'd love to go up there some time but I'm in nowhere near good enough shape to be in an event.  If anyone wants to go up there some weekend just let me know and I'll be there.

Also, I want to hit Land Between the Lakes next season or maybe even this fall.
