That's Sean Burns from the Metal Bikes "Dead Bang" video. It was voted best video part of the year at Interbike. Guy is insane and full throttle all the time.

Sean Burns is an amazing rider, but I can't stand him. He's annoying, WAY too emo looking, and all around just pisses me off to watch him do anything but ride.
