First was getting the mini shopping cart completed. I cut and modified an old pedal car then welded the frame and the basket together. Then of course satin blacked the entire thing and added a touch of blue...


After that I started working on the radio flyer. I made and extender plate to push the front out so I could still pull and turn. I also reconstructed the rear mounts. Total was about 6 inched of drop.



Tonight I decided it just wasn't low enough, so back to the drawing board I went. the front plate will be going to work with me Monday morning and I will throw it on the break for a 90. It's usable not with how it's all done, however I don't like the front plate....so it needs tidied up, then I can paint it. Hot Pink btw...total drop is about 10"....





This really could be broken off into a new thread lol...

I haven't extended It yet. Once I take it around the block I will know if I need too haha. Wheels on the inside would be a little hard to put my kid in. Seems pointless haha

cool wagon....  I have the true Flexable Flyer Red in stock from when Brunswick owned Roadmaster....Powdercoated that color would be kinda cool

It was red from the beginning. I want pink now. Thinking of just silicone coating it. Its pretty durable stuff. We do it here at work. Not sure if you guys have ever done it before, its good shit.
