1st road meet of the year

yeah i know it's a ways away, but i thought i'd give ppl who are interested a heads up.

it'll be on sunday march 20th unless rained out. i'll post a thread about this a few weeks before to remind ppl.

I hope to have my car sold by then. I'm not sure what I will have to replace it though. I doubt the gto plan will unfold. Plus that will be the weekend after spring spring break so my funds will be drained lol

I drove part of The Road in the STI for the first time today.  I headed out there with Alex in a failed attempt at going hiking.  We found a couple nice side roads too.  I think German Ridge was the name of one....they just repaved it, and there aren't too many houses.

No road meets for me as long as I'm in ba-donk-a-dub mode.  I have to baby it to not rub.  The auto-x tires aren't mounted yet on the classix

there's a strong possibility the road will be flooded due to high water this coming wknd.  so it that be the case, i'll postpone it till the following sunday...

66 is closed on teh way to tell city right now (somewhere between Rockport and Troy.  The detour is all the way up to Booneville

And the road meet route is closed at derby and rocky point and I am pretty sure there was one other section

well a buddy of mine who lives near the beginning of the section of road we drive on said that the water's off the road now, BUT there is a lot of debris (mud, dirt, sand, driftwood) still on it.  hopefully by NEXT sunday all that shit will be gone.


i'll post up about it with a firm decision by friday...
