Just thought I'd throw this out there for those that drive through Newburgh much.  There is a silver Taurus unmarked car that I saw have two different people pulled over on 66 in Newburgh today.  It does not look like a cop car at all!  It's the last generation before they stopped making it for a few years *early to mid 2000's I think).  You cannot see any lights at all unless then are on.  The only thing you can see to give it away is a trunk mounted antenna.  Looks just like this one:
